Jon Shaw
MANAGING PARTNER
Jon started his career at Barclays Capital as a proprietary bond trader before the financial crisis desk where he focused on hard to value debt securities. He then set up the Swiss Franc credit trading desk in Zurich during the financial crisis.
He built a financial reference data business, SGDA from 2012-2016 gaining support from over 40 investment banks and worked with one of the most capable boards in the City.
Jon founded Shawpoint in 2017 based on experiences from SGDA to help other businesses and entrepreneurs.
He is Chairman of the Bishop Wordsworth School Foundation, which supports financially disadvantaged students and supports career access to the City.

Simon
Yun-Farmbrough
CHAIRMAN
Simon co-founded Fenchurch Advisory Partners, the leading independent UK FIG investment bank.
Simon was the Director of Strategy and Director of e-Business at Prudential Plc. and started his career at Boston Consulting Group where he was a partner in the Financial Services Practice.
Simon is Chair of University of Bedfordshire and Chair of Development and Finance for the National Academy for the Mathematic Sciences.
He studied Mathematics at Cambridge and Economics as a Kennedy Scholar at Harvard.

Michael
Kaladeen
PARTNER
Mike was at Morgan Stanley, London in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking team for nine years and latterly spent two years at leading financial institutions M&A specialist firm Fenchurch Advisory Partners.
He started his career at PwC in Banking and Capital Markets, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (FCA).
Throughout his career, he focused on FinTech and all of its subsectors. He has extensive experience in M&A, equity capital raises, IPOs, valuation and strategic reviews.
He studied Engineering at Oxford University.

Michael
de Menzes
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Michael started his career in PwC’s SME corporate advice and Audit group and he is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant.
He then spent 7 years as a consultant for A T Kearney in their Financial Services practice providing strategic advice to clients.
He has 10+ years as a COO at Barclays Capital and other banks integrating a number of acquisitions and building the necessary infrastructure.
Michael studied Engineering at Durham University.

Siobhan
Rigby-Hall
CHIEF OPPERATING OFFICER
Siobhan was most recently based in New York as a Director of Business Operations at Stifel, which acquired Moreland, a US M&A firm, where she was Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to banking Siobhan was CFO and Financial Controller in a number of UK companies.
Siobhan is a qualified accountant and has a degree from Exeter University in Chemistry.

Marcus
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dan qualified as a solicitor with Nabarro Nathanson in London. He then became Senior Counsel at the London Stock Exchange and then at General Counsel at Tradition, the world’s third largest interdealer broker.
He then became co-head of Tradition’s EMEA business managed out of London. He sat on multiple advisory boards and committees and within Tradition he was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Gopal
Tampi
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Gopal has over 20 years M&A experience at Morgan Stanley, UBS, Mizuho and Nomura.
He has significant experience working with private equity firms and is a keen angel investor.
He started his career as an entrepreneur developing India’s first electronic tax filing system, Tax Bazaar.

Roger-Marc Noirot
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Roger-Marc has over 20 years of operating and corporate development roles across Financial Services, Data and Technology firms.
He is a former Managing Director and Member of the Operating Committee of DWS.
He is a mentor to the Future of Finance, and ABN AMRO / Techstars Accelerator. He is also a Senior Advisor to Reply.
He is a fellow of the Belgian American Educational Foundation.
Roger-Marc as an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is an Ingenieur Commercial from the University of Brussels.
